Refund Policy

RETURNS

You may return or exchange any full priced item within 10 working days provided the garment/s are unworn, unwashed with all labelling in good condition.
We suggest returning garments in Australia Post Express Post trackable bags as we take no responsibility for items sent until we have received them.

REFUNDS

Refunds, less any postage paid will be made to the same credit card used in the initial purchase and could take upto 5 business days to complete after receiving the returned item, depending on your financial institutions processing time.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be made by returning the garment to the address above and emailing us on: info@eugeniecashmere.com with details of your request.
Note: Postage will be charged on your initial purchase only.

FAULTY ITEMS

Any item which has a manufacturers fault will be replaced with the same item subject to availability. If the same item is unavailable we will offer to repair the garment if we deem this a suitable option or else refund the purchase price of the garment.
